09 July 2010 - Newly rebuilt Sherwood G908 raw water pump. This is the engine mounted pump used on the M25XP engine. All seals, parts, and impeller were just replaced by DEPCO pump, so this is as good as new. I decided not to keep this as a spare water pump as I sail on an inland lake. This would be great to have as a backup pump and at $180 it is priced less than 50% of what a new Sherwood would cost. 01 Feb 2010 - 1986 Catalina 30 Tall Rig, Bow Sprit, Fin Keel version located in Norfolk, Virginia. MANY upgrades including: Quantum mainsail and 135% genoa 2005, new interior cushions 2006, new standing rigging and lifelines 2007, new batteries, smart charger, battery monitor, motor mounts, wiring harness, compass, etc. Numerous improvements in last five years. Boat includes Autohelm 3000 autopilot, Standard Horizon DSC VHF, Jensen AM/FM/CD, fenders, docklines, fire extinguishers and all Coast Guard safety equipment. Hot/cold pressure water serves double sink in galley and sink and shower in head. Two burner stove and oven with CNG (safer than propane). Magma rail mounted grill also served by CNG system in boat. Electronics include: Furuno 1621 Radar - located by nav station, Garmin GPSMAP 180 w/ New England charts, Autohelm 4000 - reconditioned in 2006, New ICOM m302 VHF Radio. Electrical Upgrades: New high-output alternator, Balmar Smart Battery Regulator, Recent upgraded 30 AMP electric panel, All AC wiring replaced in 2005, New batteries 2009 season! New main and 135% Genoa with sunshield purchased from Cruising Direct (North) in 2007. Mainsail comes with short battens. Original traveller replaced with Garhauer flat traveller in 2004.
